Rivallens is an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform that helps founders, operators, and researchers analyze AI products and startups by URL — including business models, growth signals, competitor landscapes, and actionable insights.

Description of the Service

Rivallens provides:

• Product analysis reports generated from public URLs you submit (multi-layer reports covering product facts, value, business model, build blueprint, opportunities, growth, market updates, and competitors, depending on your plan).
• Sample reports and a product directory for demonstration and research.
• Account-based features such as saved reports, plan tiers, export options, competitor watchlists, and advanced research tools (availability varies by subscription).
• Free and paid plans with usage limits (e.g., daily analysis quotas for visitors and registered users).

Reports are produced using automated data collection, inference, and large language models. They are for research and informational purposes only — not legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

Eligibility and Accounts

1. Account registration: Some features require an account (email/password or third-party sign-in such as Google). You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Scrape, crawl, or overload our systems; attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, paywalls, or security controls (including bot verification).
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service, our reports at scale, or our underlying software except as expressly permitted.
• Use outputs to misrepresent Rivallens or third parties, or to automate high-volume republication of our reports without permission.
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

URLs, Reports, and Accuracy

• You retain responsibility for URLs and inputs you provide.
• We do not guarantee that any report is complete, current, or error-free. Public web data, third-party estimates, and AI-generated content may be inaccurate or outdated.
• You should independently verify important facts before making business, product, or investment decisions.
• Cached reports may be shown to you or other users analyzing the same URL and locale, subject to our caching and privacy practices.

Intellectual Property

• Rivallens.net, its branding, software, report structure, UI, and documentation are owned by Rivallens.net or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and to view, download, or export reports for your own internal research and business planning, subject to your plan and these Terms.
• You may not remove proprietary notices, resell report access, or commercially redistribute our reports or platform content except with our written consent.
• Trademarks and product names appearing in reports belong to their respective owners; Rivallens is not affiliated with analyzed companies unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

• Paid plans (e.g., single reports, Builder, Founder) are billed through our payment processor (Creem or successors). Pricing is shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
• By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees. Taxes may apply.
• Refunds: Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a report is generated or a billing period has started. Contact support@rivallens.net for billing issues.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Free Tier and Usage Limits

Visitors and free accounts may be subject to daily analysis limits, partial report access, and other restrictions. We may modify free-tier limits at any time to protect service quality and fairness.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to that policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIVALLENS.NET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY REPORT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
